Duties:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the warranty process for construction projects
- Review and analyze warranty claims to determine validity and appropriate course of action
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors to resolve warranty issues in a timely manner
- Develop and implement warranty policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Maintain accurate records of warranty claims, repairs, and resolutions
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential warranty issues and ensure quality control
- Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to address warranty-related concerns during the construction phase
- Provide guidance and support to customers regarding warranty coverage and claim procedures
Skills:
- Strong background in construction management with knowledge of construction processes and practices
- Proficiency in contract management and interpretation
- Experience working with project management software such as BuildPro
- Familiarity with construction management software for tracking warranty claims and repairs
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions regarding warranty claims
