The Fred Beans Parts Distribution Center is looking for an experienced Warranty Administrator!
The Warranty Administrator will act as the principal contact between the Parts Distribution Center, dealerships, and manufacturers to submit and reconcile small part and powertrain warranty claims.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Develop relationships with the vendors and dealerships that warranty and core product are used.

Utilize CDK to create and manage repair orders used in the submission of warranty claims.
- Review claims for manufacturer’s compliance with policy and procedures.
- Help create and execute a small part warranty program. Once established, work with others to create a process manual for small part warranty.

Learn and manage the Powertrain warranty and Core programs.
- Run weekly and monthly reports designated by management.
- Keep accurate records of all transactions made for phone inquiries.
- Maintain special order parts through the CDK system.

Utilize all options available to locate parts for customers as needed.
