- Keep your super-sharp organizational skills in play as you manage multiple cases and prioritize resolutions.
- Use your high degree of customer empathy and patience to connect with clients and ensure their satisfaction.
Is this you?- 2-3 years' experience in customer service roles.
- Familiarity with automotive warranty contracts (a huge plus!).
- Tech: Salesforce – nice to have!
- An associate degree or related experience.
- A natural collaborator with the ability to make high-quality decisions.
- Stellar communication skills with a focus on end goals.
- Process rigor and attention to detail.
