We are looking for an energetic, positive individual striving for success to fill the role of Sales and Warranty Coordinator.

This is a part time hourly position with pay of $18.00 - $23.00/hr. Pay commensurate with experience.

Work hours are Monday - Friday from 12pm - 5pm and 1 - 2 Saturdays/month 8am - 12pm (rotating schedule)

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Duties:

• Take & schedule incoming sales appointments.
• Provide assistance in completing job packets.
• Process sales related information daily for scheduled installation jobs
• Close out daily jobs
• Register Equipment
• File rebate claims
• Maintain spreadsheets for rebate claims
• Prepare paperwork for all warranty parts
• File warranty claims
• Follow up on warranty claims
• Maintain warranty spreadsheets
• Facilitate return of warranty parts
• Act as a liaison between Customer & Comfort Consultants.
• Request reviews from customers
• Assist in resolving customer differences
• Take incoming customer calls.
• Assist walk-in customers
• Create dispatch ticket for service calls as received.
• Back-up Service Dispatcher as needed daily.
• Dispatch 1-2 Saturday mornings per month on a rotating schedule
• Take service call requests as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English (writing, reading and speaking)
• Must be very detail oriented.
• Self-starter/ability to work independently.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 yr. prior office experience
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent phone presence.
• Advanced customer service skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
