Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Warranty Administrator. As a Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and processing warranty claims for our products. This is a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the reputation of our company. Duties: - Review and process warranty claims submitted by customers or dealers - Verify warranty coverage and ensure all necessary documentation is provided - Communicate with customers, dealers, and manufacturers regarding warranty claims - Coordinate with internal departments to gather information and resolve any issues related to warranty claims - Maintain accurate records of warranty claims, including documentation, approvals, and payments - Assist in the development and implementation of warranty policies and procedures - Provide support to the sales team by answering questions related to warranties Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in business administration or a related field is preferred - Proven experience as a Warranty Administrator or in a similar administrative role - Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills - Proficient computer skills, including experience with warranty management software or databases - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of warranty regulations and procedures is a plus If you are a motivated individual with strong administrative skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service, we encourage you to apply for the position of Warranty Administrator.
