We are currently seeking a Warranty Admin in Morgantown, PA! This position requires strong customer service skills and a broad knowledge of vehicle service requirements. Excellent customer satisfaction a must. Knowledge of standards set by factory to determine and process warranty claims.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Submission of warranties for all branches/manufactures.
- Following up with current claims, answering questions from vendors.
- Own the warranty process from an admin side from start to finish.
- Strong computer, communication, organization skills.
- Location Morgantown
- Hours are 7:30am to 4pm (we are flexible, could be a 8 to 5 if needed).
REQUIREMENTS- Proven experience in sales, customer relations or related positions
- Excellent customer service skills
- Problem-solving and listening skills
- Patient disposition and ability to resolve conflicts
- Knowledgeable in computer applications and industry-specific software
- Truck parts and service background
- Basic accounting skills
