Qualifications and Skills

• Maintain status of all warranty claims
• Keep customers up to date with progress of warranty claim
• Obtains customer and warranty authorizations prior to start of work
• Takes pictures, faxes authorizations, and stays in line with manufacturer and company policy and procedure
• Assists Service Outfitters as needed
• Answers incoming calls courteously
• Requires some bending, climbing, and kneeling in order to take photographs of various areas of an RV
• Strong computer skills
• An awesome attitude!
• Neat, clean and professional appearance
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s values in all interactions with customers and co-workers
