The candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with dealers, qualifying prospective dealers, generating leads, and managing sales of products and services in their market.What NVP Offers:

- Base Salary 10% Uncapped Commission Quarterly Bonuses

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads in an efficient professional manner
- Develop and maintain long-term Dealer business relationships through frequent service calls, relationship building, training, and issue resolution
- Monitor and evaluate sales activities and products of the competitors
- Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
- Maintain and expand customer database within assigned territory
WORK EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS- High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree Preferred
- Proven sales experience of at least (1) one year preferably in the automotive industry
- Track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas and budgets
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication, negotiation, follow up, and interpersonal skills
- Must be self-motivated, results driven, accountable, professional, and collaborative with a can-do attitude
- Must have reliable vehicle with a valid, clean driver’s license
- Willing to travel within assigned territory
