About the Sr Fleet Service Manager Role
As the Sr Fleet Service Manager for Somerset & Weyerhaeuser, WI shops, you’ll prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment managing all fleet and maintenance activities.
You’ll coordinate maintenance operations across both maintenance shops to maintain a fleet of diesel garbage trucks. You'll overseeing budgets, vendors, suppliers, contractors in a maintenance setting.
Your knowledge of heavy-duty trucks will allow you to understand service-related issues, maintain high standards in maintenance settings and ensure all safety standards are being upheld.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.
Provides input into termination, compensation, and promotion decisions.
Supervisory Responsibilities
The highest level of supervisory skills required in this job is the management of supervisory employees. This includes :
