Waste Water Treatment Plant Manager supervises the operations and maintenance of a wastewater treatment plant to ensure compliance with regulatory procedures and reporting practices. Oversees sampling and testing systems, and the testing and maintenance of pumps, conveyors, blowers, and other equipment. Being a Waste Water Treatment Plant Manager ensures staff is up-to-date with all federal, state, and local regulations and environmental guidelines. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or other tech degree. Additionally, Waste Water Treatment Plant Manager typically reports to a manager or director. The Waste Water Treatment Plant Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Waste Water Treatment Plant Manager typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.     Positions Primary Objective: Install Water filtration systems into existing homes following a proven strategy that you will learn in training.  Ensure complete customer satisfaction upon completion of work.

    Preferred requirements: Licensed plumber, Previous water treatment experience.

    Pay scale: 20-40 per hour. Based on experience. 
     
    Tasks and Responsibilities:
    This position requires a diverse skill set, however, to fill the primary needs of this position the incumbent must:
    • Make Customers Happy:
      • Keeps customer’s home clean and proactively takes measures to leave it in better condition than found.
    • Get Work Done:
      • Safely and efficiently performs installation duties.
      • Collects payment from the customer when the job is completed.
      • Completes installation at/or below the defined labor percentage.
      • Proactively reviews job specifications to determine the materials, tools, and equipment needed for the job and loads truck.
    • Safety:
      • Ensures that all aspects of work are being performed safely and calls out safety concerns as soon as they are identified.
