Water Damage Restoration Technician - Desired Skills:

• High level of integrity and commitment to the work
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience in restoration field and I.I.C.R.C. certification is a plus
• Bilingual (Read Write Speak) English & Spanish

Water Damage Restoration Technician - Job Responsibilities:

• Identify the source of the problem and scope of the water damage
• Perform water extraction and pack-out of contents
• Remove and dispose of any non-salvageable materials that were affected by the water loss
• Perform light construction demo upon approval
• Set up air movers and/or dehumidifiers and monitor daily
• Perform hard surface cleaning

Water Damage Restoration Technician - Job Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license
• Ability to work overtime hours as required
• Must be able to be on call for emergency jobs (nights & weekends on rotating Water Damage Restoration Technician schedule).
• Must consent to pre-employment screening including a drug test and a background check if offered a position with the company.
• Must be physically able to lift objects weighing 25-50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Strong verbal and written skills
• Input and check jobs utilizing our software online or by mobile phone

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
