We are looking to hire a Project Superintendent for the Fox Valley area!

This Project Superintendent position is a full-time, year-round opportunity for a large-scale commercial superintendent to work between the Northeastern Regions of Wisconsin from Oshkosh, Appleton, to Green Bay. Each project duration is 12-18 months at a time for a complete new build.

The Project Superintendent is responsible for all construction efforts in the field to ensure the project is safely constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule.

• Supervises all Stevens Construction personnel and subcontractors onsite to ensure work is completed accurately, safely and to our quality standards.
• Develops, updates and tracks performance of construction schedule.
• Maintain all jobsite paperwork: daily log, delivery tickets, field work orders, timecards, plans, specs and shop drawings, purchase orders, subcontracts and project photos.
• Forecast crew sizes needed to complete SCC self-performed work within estimated manhours.
• Manages and schedules punch list work with owner, architect, and subcontractors.
• Enforces all jobsite safety requirements.
• Creates a positive, professional, friendly environment onsite.
• Maintains a clean and orderly jobsite.

Requirements:

• 5 years' experience as a commercial, new construction, Project Superintendent from a GC or CM firm
• Ability to read, interpret, and edit construction schematics and documents
