Wealth Management Specialist develops individualized wealth management financial plans and recommendations to help clients attain financial goals by selecting investment solutions to minimize risk and grow wealth. Uses broad knowledge of investment products to educate clients on available investment options and create planning scenarios for retirement, education savings, and other financial objectives. Being a Wealth Management Specialist keeps abreast of economic conditions and new financial products to inform and advise clients on potential enhancements to existing financial plans and create up-sell opportunities. Monitors client portfolios to ensure appropriate risk profile. Additionally, Wealth Management Specialist follows all regulatory and organizational policies and procedures. May be involved with selling or coordinating the purchase of additional financial products or services to clients. Requires a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or equivalent. May have the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation. Typically reports to a manager. The Wealth Management Specialist work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Is it your passion to help patients improve their health and manage their chronic conditions? As our practice continues to grow, we have a need for additional staff to engage our complex patients with multiple chronic conditions between office visits to help them stay on track.
The Chronic Care Management Specialist is responsible for overseeing the care of patients with chronic illnesses, collaborating with healthcare providers, and implementing care plans to optimize patient health and well-being. The candidate will serve approximately 350 patients at the clinic(s) assigned.
The Specialist must have one of the following:
- LPN Licensure strongly preferred
- Nationally recognized Medical Assistant (MA) certification or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification.
- EMT-B, EMT-I, or EMT-P License from NREMT or GA State Board of EMS.
*Certifications will need to be provided prior to hiring.
