Wealth Management Specialist, Sr. develops individualized wealth management financial plans and recommendations to help clients attain financial goals by selecting investment solutions to minimize risk and grow wealth. Uses broad knowledge of investment products to educate clients on available investment options and create planning scenarios for retirement, education savings, and other financial objectives. Being a Wealth Management Specialist, Sr. keeps abreast of economic conditions and new financial products to inform and advise clients on potential enhancements to existing financial plans and create up-sell opportunities. Monitors client portfolios to ensure appropriate risk profile. Additionally, Wealth Management Specialist, Sr. follows all regulatory and organizational policies and procedures. May be involved with selling or coordinating the purchase of additional financial products or services to clients. Requires a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or equivalent. Typically has the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation. Typically reports to a manager. The Wealth Management Specialist, Sr. work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group. A specialist on complex technical and business matters. To be a Wealth Management Specialist, Sr. typically requires 7+ years of related experience.     We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Junior Recruiter to join our team. As a Junior
    Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening qualified talent for our clients. This
    will include identifying appropriate talent among active applicants to job postings, sourcing
    passive candidates from various sources, screening them over phone interviews, and helping
    guide their success across the recruitment process in conjunction with our client management
    team.

    Must haves:
    - 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing (agency experience strongly
    preferred)
    - Bachelor’s Degree
    - Experience in utilizing job boards and digital sourcing strategies
    - Strong internal and external stakeholder accountability
    - Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
    - Adaptability to evolving operational procedures
    - Openness to ongoing training and development

    Nice to haves:
    - Experience in recruitment or talent sourcing for Financial Services or Wealth Advisory
    - Familiarity with the Kolbe/ PI indices
    - Active or inactive FINRA series licenses

    As a junior wealth management and advisory Recruiter, you can expect to:

    • Develop job descriptions and specifications.

    • Collaborate with each client firm to compile a consistent list of requirements.

    • Attract suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.

    • Conduct interviews and sort through applicants to fill open positions.

    • Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.

    • Promote the client firm’s reputation and attractiveness as a great employment opportunity.

    • Keep up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations.

    • Provide recruitment updates to client firms on a regular basis.

    This is an independent contractor position, reporting to the Recruiting Manager.  This position could turn into full time work.  We are a VERY rapidly expanding company with tons of start-up opportunities.  $25 per hour plus year end bonus commission on closed jobs.  Fully remote.
