Miller Management is hiring a part-time payroll specialist to service our ever-growing non-profit client base. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented problem solver with great customer service skills and a heart for serving others. Primary Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Process a high volume of payroll with accuracy in a team environment
• Payroll tax processing
• Process Quarterly 941’s
• Year-End W-2 processing
• Assist other team members with work, when available
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll processes
• Detail-oriented
• Problem solver
• Works well under deadlines and pressure
• Flexible and adaptable attitude
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Strong written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• College degree preferred
• Experience with churches and/or nonprofits is a plus

This is a part-time, non-exempt position, with a schedule of 28 hours weekly on average. Once fully trained, this person will work Monday-Thursday, with varied times each day/week due to variable schedules of workload.
