Description

We are inviting applications for the role of Manager of Applications Development. This role is based in Miami, Florida, and is focused on leading the development and implementation of mobile applications, specifically in iOS and Swift technologies. As an integral part of our team, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing application software within our rapidly evolving technology environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop iOS applications using Swift language and adhere to the architectural guidelines.
• Lead the team in developing and enhancing mobile application architecture.
• Utilize Agile Scrum methodologies to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
• Oversee the entire application development process, from the initial concept to the final product release.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new application features.
• Utilize Atlassian Jira for project management, issue tracking, and team collaboration.
• Develop and maintain ERP solutions to streamline business processes.
• Leverage cloud technologies for application development and deployment.
• Implement API development to ensure seamless integration of applications.
• Conduct AB Testing to ensure the functionality and efficiency of the applications.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate them into application development.
• Manage customer relationships through effective use of CRM tools.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in managerial role within an Applications Development environment.
• Strong proficiency in Atlassian Jira, Cloud Technologies, and Agile Scrum.
• Demonstrable knowledge of CRM, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions.
• Familiarity with Swift language, Apple iOS and Mobile architecture.
• Proficiency in ASP.NET and API Development.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Application Development.
• Exceptional understanding of AB Testing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrable leadership and decision-making skills.
• Willingness to stay updated with new technologies and industry trends.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
