    As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in engaging with prospective customers, facilitating the sales process, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences within the renewable energy marketplace. Your responsibilities will include customer interaction, lead qualification, documentation, sales team support, product knowledge, analytics, process improvement, customer follow-up, and compliance.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Engage with prospective customers across various communication channels.
    • Qualify leads and distribute them to the appropriate salesperson.
    • Provide general information about Independent Power solar solutions, differentiators, and the company’s processes within the solar and greater electrification market.
    • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure they have necessary resources and information to meet targets effectively.
    • Stay updated with Independent Power products and services to address customer inquiries effectively
    • Collaborate with multiple departments to continuously improve sales support processes, systems, and documentation.

    Related Experience and Educational Requirements

    • Strong organizational and time management abilities
    • Strong problem solving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in Salesforce or Similar CRM software
    • Ability to analyze data and generate insights
    • Proactive attitude towards process improvement and customer satisfaction
    • Proven experience in customer support, sales support, or a related role.

    Pay & Benefits

    Compensation:

    $40,000-$50,000 Profit Sharing 4% 401K match $425/month for Healthcare Benefits
