Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently resolve and respond to support tickets and client inquiries via phone and email.
• Proactively assist clients in setting up and maintaining their websites on our proprietary platform, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Perform additional tasks as needed, including graphic design, web layout adjustments, document conversions (e.g., from Word Document to PDF), and front-end development on internal sites.

Hours and Compensation:

• Full-time position, 40 hours per week.

• Experience with popular CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace, Wix).
• Understanding of advanced CSS techniques and responsive design principles.
• Familiarity with SEO strategies, especially local SEO best practices
