Complete Security Systems, a Pye Barker Fire & Safety / Fire Protection Service Corporation company, is hiring for a Project Manager in our Marlboro, NJ location.

Position Summary:

This position coordinates with the installation department regarding daily schedules, provides support to the customer, handles billing, and job costing. This position coordinates service issues between field agents, customers, and various support teams.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the installation department in regards to scheduling technicians, coordinating with clients, contractors, and vendors, and working with the installation manager, and

• Professionally administers all inbound/outbound calls to provide the industry's best customer experience. Answers and directs incoming calls in a pleasant and efficient manner

• Address customer billing inquiries, questions regarding new installations, concerns and compliments
• Schedules appointments and alarm inspections, maintaining the calendar for the installation department
• Assist technicians by adjusting appointments and rescheduling when necessary
• Perform basic data entry within monitoring and accounting software
• Assist in sending and receiving contracts
• Provide feedback to management regarding customer service breakdowns or customers concerns
• Accepts phone and EFT payments and processes in accounting software
• Maintains a good working environment with all employees, vendors, and customers
• Provide basic troubleshooting to assist customers in silencing alarms, arming and disarming their system, battery changes and if needed
• Create basic proposals
• Performs other duties as assigned

Education & Required Skills:

• Scheduling or service coordinating experience preferred
• High School Diploma/GED
• Excellent customer service skills
• Aptitude for problem-solving, ability to determine solutions for customers
• Clear communication skills (email, phone, in-person) primarily among internal departments, field technicians, sales consultants, and customers
• Maintains a good working environment with all employees, vendors, and customers
• Must read and speak English

• Advanced knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
