As a Web Developer you can look forward to:
● Works closely with in-house web designers and product owners in the financial services industry to
develop, implement, and maintain custom designed web-based applications for merchant billing,
developer plus partner payment and revenue sharing, support  customer service team and
reseller network, and visualize internal accounting ledger records to financial leadership.
● Responsible for designing and maintaining web-based applications using HTML/XHTML, CSS,
JavaScript, React, and other programming tools.
● Proven experience in developing responsive, reliable web applications.
● Builds enhancements to web applications based upon customer needs, fixes and repairs display or
functionality issues, and ensures applications are accessible from a variety of different browser
environments.
● Performs end user testing to ensure the user experience is consistent in all supported web browsers.
● Plays a key role in ensuring that all features are coded accurately and deployed on time.
● Ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple projects, and work well in a team environment is a
requirement.
● Performs other duties as required.
● Provide feedback on planned product release and ensure the planned features for the current
release are taken on respecting technical dependencies.
● Assist in identifying and implementing designs and usability practices that help increase customer
productivity and happiness.
● Review user interface designs and changes made to the product.
● Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work independently and as a team member.

 

Basic Qualifications for consideration:
● Bachelors degree required.
● 3 years of web development using Javascript based development
● 3 years of experience with modern web UI technologies (HTML5, CSS3)
● Experience with code versioning tools and SDLC life-cycles.
● Experience with cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
● Experience with monitoring and logging tools and dashboards.

 

Preferred Qualifications for consideration:
● Advanced knowledge of Web development including frameworks such as React, Ember, and Angular
● Fullstack development experience extending to the business logic, server, and database tiers.
● Familiarity with Android device development.
● Experience with database technologies including MYSQL, Mongo DB, Snowflake, Kafka.

● Experience in Java programming and/or full stack development.
● Complex API interactions from single page application frontend.
● Experience with microservice based architectures.
