Wedding Coordinator - Casino jobs in Idaho

The Vintage Rose Wedding & Event Venue is located in Nampa, Idaho. We are a family owned business and are looking to expand our team of event supervisors. This position at the venue plays a significant role in offering great guest experience as well as maintaining rules and regulations throughout the entire event. We are looking to hire 2 people for this position.

Duties included but not limited to:

• Supervising weddings. The employee in this position does not impose on wedding events, parties, or guests, but is available to answer questions or will impose when venue rules or safety is in question.
• Ensure venue guidelines are being implemented during events i.e. no outside alcohol being consumed, watching for venue damage, trash being left behind, etc.
• Set up of rental items prior to the wedding date
• Tear down of tables and chairs at the end of events
• Knowledge of our venues contracts in order to better assist clients
• Communicating with vendors to ensure venue policies are being followed correctly
• Be part of an amazing small business and watch couples live out one of the happiest days of their life!

Hours

• Part time position and seasonal from May-October
• 6-8 hour shifts
• Typically Friday Saturday or Sunday shifts
• 1 Day per week venue set up, this is typically scheduled for the day before the first wedding of the weekend.

Our wedding season begins in May and ends in late October. We keep a positive work environment and are excited to build to our team!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Weekends as needed
