Wire Transfer Clerk jobs in Galveston, TX

• Verify legal transfer of documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles (all-states).
• Post accounting entries related to all DMV transactions.
• Complete DMV registration paperwork through TitleTec, WebDealer and TitlesDesk.
• Enter all information needed for title administration in computer system.
• Ensure that tax and title documents are promptly and properly completed.
• Promptly and professionally answer all incoming and internal calls.
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s Vision, Mission and Value in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.
• Verifies documents for all vehicle sales and posts deals to accounting
• Processes wholesaled vehicle title transfers
• Maintains follow-up on all incoming titles and assigns titles when received
• Identifies internal control issues by reviewing existing policies, verifying changes in authorized personnel, and communicating issues to the Controller
• Processes payoffs on trade-ins and floor plan, pulls contracts
• Verifies Finance and Insurance (F&I) data to documents
• Reconciles inventory schedules as assigned on a weekly and monthly basis
• Verifies documents for all used car purchases and posts to accounting
• Submits aftermarket products weekly
• Processes courtesy deliveries
• Reconciles and reports vehicle inventory tax monthly
• Issues referral checks/ customer cancellations

Pay: $17.33 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
