Women's Athletics Director directs all facets of a university/college's women's athletic program, including intramural and intercollegiate sports. Manages the entire women's coaching staff. Being a Women's Athletics Director schedules use of facilities, transportation, and sporting events. Also responsible for fundraising, publicity, ticket pricing and distribution, and purchase of new equipment. Additionally, Women's Athletics Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Women's Athletics Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.     • 8 Provider Team: (1 UroGyn, 3 OB/GYNs, 2 CNMs, & 2 NPs)
    • Highly Experienced Provider Team includes Board Certified Urogyn who is also credentialed in Gyn Onc procedures.  He is a SRC certified master surgeon in Robotics and minimally invasive gyn surgery.  2 other partners are SRC certified master surgeons in Robotics.
    • On Call: 1 in 5 (with new OB/GYN)
      • The group does not take in-house call
      • Midwife cross coverage program provides call relief    
    • Office Deliveries: Approximately 620/year
    • 1 Office Location: Fort Wayne, IN
    • In Office Procedures: Hysteroscopy, Endometrial ablation, Cystoscopy, Cystoscopy with Botox, Colposcopy, LEEP, Cryo, Urodynamics, Pelvic floor rehab, Pelvic ultrasound, Acupuncture
