Women's Athletics Director directs all facets of a university/college's women's athletic program, including intramural and intercollegiate sports. Manages the entire women's coaching staff. Being a Women's Athletics Director schedules use of facilities, transportation, and sporting events. Also responsible for fundraising, publicity, ticket pricing and distribution, and purchase of new equipment. Additionally, Women's Athletics Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Women's Athletics Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.     Position Summary:

    Responsible for all camp operations. Leads and directs the supervision of campers in all daily activities and operations. Demonstrates Overtime Athletics’ commitment to its core values of respect, responsibility, and caring in all actions to serve as a role model.

    Position will be more of a Flag Football counselor coach assisting with skills, drills, games associated to the sport.

    *Coaching experience preferred.

    *Football league experience preferred.

    Counselor Job Duties:

    - Execute the implementation of games/activities, including set up and breakdown

    - Set up and Clean up

    - Supervising children during all segments of the day

    - Refereeing and/or appropriately participating in camp games

    - Create a positive camp experience

    - Create one-on-one moments with camp participants

    - Follow all OTA policies and procedures

    Requirements:

    - Age 16

    Pay Scale: $13-$16 per hour

    Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
