Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various machinery, ensuring quality production, and maintaining a safe work environment. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines and stamping presses to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.
• Utilize hand tools, calipers, and micrometers to measure and inspect components for accuracy.
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery, including press brake machines, to ensure optimal performance.
• Handle materials safely and efficiently within the warehouse environment.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working atmosphere.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Document production processes and report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors.

Skills

• Proficient in GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in operating CNC machines and stamping presses.
• Familiarity with hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and materials handling techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a warehouse setting.
