Woodshop Production Operator

Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a prominent crown molding manufacturer in the Fayetteville, AR area, is seeking production operators and machine operators to join their team! This is a climate-controlled facility offering a wide range of perks such as full benefits,

Production Operator Job Summary:

• Pay: $15-20 an hour

• Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 am to 4:30 pm

• 
  

• Operate various forms of production equipment

• Perform basic quality checks on finished product

• Meet production goals

• Adhere to proper production processes

• Follow all safety and machine safety guidelines

Production Operator Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED is required

• Previous wood production operator or wood machine operator experience is preferred

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time

• Must be able to lift up-to 40 lbs. repeatedly

• Previous manufacturing experience is preferred
