Workers' Compensation Claims Manager manages accountabilities in the administration of first and third party worker's compensation claims. Manages domestic and/or international claim management strategies critical to the organization's success. Being a Workers' Compensation Claims Manager is responsible for reporting, investigation, and analysis; litigation management; resolution/outcome management; and the delivery of claim information. Manages litigated and moderately complex claims and is entrusted with significant settlement authority. Additionally, Workers' Compensation Claims Manager creates and develops relationships with claims adjusters, insurers, outside legal counsel, and other claims related parties. Directs workers' compensation claims policies and procedures within the claim information analysis. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Workers' Compensation Claims Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. We are seeking GROUP CHILDCARE WORKERS at 7 Minnesota area resorts and 2 Wisconsin area resorts over two weekends in June and one weekend in July. We’re looking for local caregivers to assist in providing fun and engaging care to the children in a group setting at the resort while their parents attend a large work conference and awards banquet.
The dates are:
· Thursday, June 20th – Saturday, June 22nd
· Thursday, June 27th – Saturday, June 29th
· Thursday, July 11th – Saturday, July 13th (Grand View Lodge only)
The resorts are:
· Arrowwood Resort in Alexandra, MN (June 20th-22nd)
· Breezy Point Resort in Breezy Point, MN (June 27th-29th)
· Chase on the Lake in Walker, MN (both weekends)
· Grand View Lodge in Nisswa, MN (3 weekends)
· Hilton Minneapolis (June 20th-22nd)
· Hyatt Regency in Bloomington, MN (both weekends)
· Sugar Lake Lodge in Cohasset, MN (both weekends)
· Madison Concourse in Madison, WI (both weekends)
· The Landmark Resort in Egg Harbor, WI (both weekends)
In summary:
We offer $20 per hour for those 17 and $15 per hour for those ages 15 – 16. All care will be provided in event rooms at the resorts, filled with games, activities, crafts, contests and more. Saturday evening is dinner, special activities, and a movie! This event will have a lead caregiver/manager on site to coordinate the event.
Required:
· Childcare experience (babysitting, daycare, camp counselor, kids club, vacation bible school leader, etc.)
· Ability to pass a background screen.
· Fun, engaging personality and a genuine spark for working with children.
We'd welcome caregivers for any or all of the dates. We'd love to you have your expertise in helping make this childcare event (while parents are attending a work conference at these resorts) fantastic for the kiddos.
