    Corporate Health Resources, Inc. (CHR) is looking for an experienced, full-time Telephonic Workers Compensation Nurse Case Manager (NCM) to work onsite from its corporate headquarters in Rockville, MD providing case management services to our nationwide clients.
    This is a telephonic and non-clinical position.
    This position provides an ideal opportunity for an organized, talented, experienced, and motivated Workers Compensation Nurse Case Manager to work independently while still being part of a supportive team.

    Responsibilities:
    • Utilizing Workers Compensation Nursing medical management guidelines, the Nurse Case Manager will work collaboratively with the Injured Worker, Treatment Provider(s) and multidisciplinary Claim Management Team to assess, plan, implement, coordinate, monitor, evaluate, or modify a plan of care and/or services to effect positive outcomes and safe/timely return to work.
    • The NCM will be responsible for documenting all activities using a proprietary web-based case management system and for identifying and obtaining all documentation pertinent to the examinees recovery plan.
    • The WCNCM will be accountable for maintaining an assigned caseload and following company and client protocols.
    • This position reports to the Program Manager.
    • Perform additional duties and assume additional responsibilities as identified by Supervisor for the efficient operation of CHR.

    Qualifications:
    • Unrestricted State RN license.
    • California RN license preferred.
    • Other state licenses/certifications as required by law, as needed.
    • Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing required.
    • 3 years of clinical occupational health nursing experience required.
    • 3 years case management in Workers’ Compensation/TPO/Expat/Occupational Health in the field or office setting.
    • Health/FMCSA/Disability preferred.
    • CCM, COHN, or CWCP desired.
    • Excellent verbal, written, and people skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills.
    • Ability to set priorities and work independently.
    • Computer literacy required, specifically Excel.

    This position has a salary range of $37.00-$39.00 per hour. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and qualifications.
