SUMMARY

The Project Management and Workforce Coordinator is primarily responsible for integration of all part-time staff into the sports group organization. Additionally, this role will support initiatives and projects within the operations departments through data analytics, forecasting and project coordination.  

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Coordinate onboarding for newly hired part-time staff to ensure a successful integration into the workforce. Partner with department managers to facilitate positive experience and provide feedback on areas of improvement.
2. Support event operations by engaging with new hires and existing employees to enhance the employee experiences.
3. Conduct post event follow up for new part time staff to capture successes and opportunities and ensure continuous improvement as it relates to part-time employee onboarding into organization.
4. Create and maintain historical databases to capture event analytics. Analyze data and present recommendations to Director of Project Management and Workforce Administration.
5. Assist Director of Project Management with operational cost tracking, and forecasting.
6. Assist Director of Project Management with regular reporting, event recaps and Executive Summary presentations as assigned.
7. Special projects and assignments as business dictates.
8. Responsible for the maintenance, creation and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by any Confidentiality or Privacy Standards or Company Policies that you have access or knowledge of, including but not limited to any state or federal regulations including HIPAA.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

• This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma or equivalent.  Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills ( Excel, PowerPoint, etc. )
• Highly organized, detail oriented with the ability to multi-task.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills with all levels of organizational customers and team members.
• Ability to communicate information effectively, accurately, and concisely to staff via multiple mediums of communication.
• Must possess the ability to work independently.
• Must be flexible and excel as a team player in a fast-paced environment.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS 

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands to handle or feel.

• The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms.

• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Available to work ticketed Stadium events
• This job entails working in both an office environment as well as outside in all elements (i.e., heat, cold, rain, snow).
