Workforce Management Supervisor jobs in Independence, MO

Duties:
- Operate forklift to move materials within the warehouse or distribution center
- Load and unload trucks using a forklift or other material handling equipment
- Safely stack and store products in designated areas
- Perform routine maintenance on forklifts and other equipment as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a safe working environment
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counting as required
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Qualifications:
- Valid forklift operator certification
- Proven experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or distribution center setting
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and procedures
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols for operating a forklift
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform routine maintenance on equipment
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory management purposes
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets
