Functional Title:
Procedure Writer
Technical Writer (Must have procedural writing experience if they are a technical writer).
If they have strong business acumen in the areas of process this teams performs they can be a fit.

Job Description:
The assignment includes creating a baseline set of procedures for all Strategic Sourcing services (including contract drafting and execution, competitive bidding and administrative/operational activities), creating a procedures library and maintenance structure.
In addition to writing procedures, the ideal candidate will have experience in Business Process Management, familiarity with Risk and Controls Self-Assessment process and have had prior work experience particularly in Supply Chain Management (Strategic Sourcing/Third-Party Risk Management.
Position will work closely with the Strategic Sourcing Process Design/Change Management team and Sourcing and Contract Operations to create a baseline set of procedures, processes and job aids.
Ideally the person has the depth of procedural writing experience, coupled with familiarity and knowledge of RCSA, Supply Chain Management (strategi sourcing/third party risk management)

Desired Skills:
Knowledge about the strategic sourcing process
Writing procedures and mapping a process
Excellent writing ability
MS Office
Visio or iGraphics experience is a nice to have
May assist in preparing and writing training materials.

Team Overview:
Looking back to the Strategic sourcing RCSA (Took place earlier in 2023) there were corrective actions that came from this, specifically a lack of governance within the supply chain organization
A service model is being developed and the team is trying to align procedures around this.
A lower-level process map is also under development which could be a starting point for the procedures this contractor will be asked to design.
