We have the following position at our Azusa hauling division :

Yardman

The yard attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the shop and yard area.

SALARY RANGE : $18.00 / hour - $20.90 / hour

ESSENTIAL DUTIES :

• Division yard cleaning and organization activities.
• Barrel and Bin Cleaning
• Repairs (barrels only and assist welder with bins as needed)
• Container inventory & organization
• Janitorial cleaning (vacuuming, restroom cleaning, empty trash containers, etc )
• Parking lot and entryway cleaning
• Landscape cleaning (weeding, shrubs, trees, and grass areas)
• SWPPP Maintenance & Litter Control (on-site BMPs) Daily
• Maintain E-waste, tire, green-waste, and metal drop-off areas
• Will assist with road call clean-ups
• Perform other duties as assigned

The duties and responsibilities described are not a comprehensive list; additional tasks may be assigned; or the scope of the job may change as necessitated by business demands.

Minimum of 1 year experience working in a safety-sensitive environment.

PHYSICAL :

• Ability to make sound judgment.
• Ability to stand continuously during assigned shift and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to stand, bend, squat and kneel.

WORKING CONDITIONS :

Will be exposed to outdoor weather conditions
