Conducts analysis, pricing and risk assessment to estimate financial outcomes. Being an Actuarial Analyst IV incumbents have achieved an Associate, Society of Actuaries (ASA) designation and may be pursuing a Fellow, Society of Actuaries (FSA) designation. Develops probability tables regarding fire, natural disasters, death, unemployment, etc. based on analysis of statistical data and other pertinent information. In addition, Actuarial Analyst IV requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Actuarial Analyst IV is a specialist on complex technical and business matters.
