The Campus Recreation and Wellness Programs Coordinator plans and organizes campus-wide recreational programs for all students, faculty, and staff. Administers and promotes all non-varsity, club (intramural) sports and wellness program. Being a Campus Recreation and Wellness Programs Coordinator typically requires a bachelor's degree. May supervise student staff. In addition, Campus Recreation and Wellness Programs Coordinator typically reports to Campus Recreation Director. The Campus Recreation and Wellness Programs Coordinator supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes.
