Leads residential property management activities in a given geographic area to maximize sales, profitability, and tenant satisfaction. Being a District Residential Property Manager ensures that properties meet established quality standards. Trains and manages individual property managers. In addition, District Residential Property Manager may support marketing and investor relations. May handle escalated tenant matters. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent. Typically reports to top management. The District Residential Property Manager manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Working as a District Residential Property Manager typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience.
