Being a Drafter, Specialist makes recommendations, prioritizes drafting work, and acts as advisor to other drafters on advanced methods and techniques. Collaborates with engineers or designers to complete and contribute to projects. In addition, Drafter, Specialist may require an associate's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Being a Drafter, Specialist work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group.
