Job Description

The Ethics and Compliance Programs Coordinator acts as a liaison with outside vendors to provide materials for the program including manuals and posters. Coordinates the administrative work of the ethics and compliance function of the organization. Being an Ethics and Compliance Programs Coordinator utilizes corporate software to input and track helpline call data. Receives helpline calls, faxes and emails from outside vendors, tracks issues and routes them to appropriate staff groups. In addition, Ethics and Compliance Programs Coordinator processes routine inquires and provides data in accordance with established policies and procedures. Codes and submits invoices for department charges, maintains tracking files, reconciles corporate credit card receipts and monthly statements for reimbursement, and prepares spreadsheets for charge backs to departmental cost statements. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Working as an Ethics and Compliance Programs Coordinator typically requires 1-3 years of related experience. May be entry level if some experience in the skill.
