In addition, Head of Total Rewards consults with legal and financial professionals to ensure compliant and financially sound programs. Evaluates vendors, negotiates and completes contracts. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Head of Total Rewards manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments.
