Job Description

The Outbound Call Center Supervisor III monitors and evaluates interactions and workflow to ensure that performance standards and the volume target are met. Supervises employees who place telephone calls or other interactions to potential customers. Being an Outbound Call Center Supervisor III may require a bachelor's degree. Is responsible for the daily activity of contact center policies and procedures including meeting contact center operational standards, maintaining employee service levels, improving quality service, preparing reports, keeping equipment operating, maintaining professional and technical knowledge, and accomplishing organizational goals. In addition, Outbound Call Center Supervisor III typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Outbound Call Center Supervisor III supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes.
