**JOB SUMMARY:** This position supports the Group Sales Supervisor in ensuring maximum productivity, as well as park and departmental goals and objectives. This role will assist with identifying potential customers, initiate the sales process, follow-up with interested leads, and close sales. **KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assist with managing phone inquiries and reservations * Count and prepare tickets for groups * Greet groups upon arrival, collect payment, and distribute tickets to group leader * Ensure proper and efficient operation of Group Sales Booth * Input group reservations into park system * Assist with preparation for events and birthdays * Assist with marketing promotions and special events as needed * Perform data entry and various other office duties * Reconcile booth transactions daily with Accounting Department * Coordinate and serve as host for birthday guests and all aspects of Birthday Party Program **SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:** * At least 17 y
