Reviews purchase orders, statements, and invoices to verify amounts owed and records and processes payments for debts owed by the organization. Additionally, Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk II responds to customer or vendor inquiries regarding payments or billing and researches and resolves discrepancies. Maintains and reconciles accounts payable and receivable ledger accounts. Requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor.
