Compiles sales and legal data, expenses, and land values for analysis. Being an Appraiser (Residential Real Estate) provides consultation for property issues that need to be addressed. May hold an appraisal designation. Additionally, Appraiser (Residential Real Estate) may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
