Being an Assisted Living Program Administrator ensures that resident services meet quality standards and that the facility operates within budget while maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations. May require a bachelor's degree in related area. Additionally, Assisted Living Program Administrator requires state administrator license. Typically reports to senior management. The Assisted Living Program Administrator manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions.
