Benefits Administrator II administers and maintains company benefits programs. Informs and advises employees on benefits matters regarding eligibility, coverage and provisions. Being a Benefits Administrator II compiles and maintains benefits records and documentation. May assist with special projects within the benefits area. Additionally, Benefits Administrator II may require an associate degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a Manager.
