Branch Service Supervisor supervises branch support operations that provide centralized information and solutions services to branch employees. Plans daily staffing schedules. Being a Branch Service Supervisor monitors service quality metrics to identify improvement areas and ensure timely case resolution. Ensures the team has the resources available to make accurate and informed recommendations. Additionally, Branch Service Supervisor assists with more complex questions or issues. Onboards new hires and develops team members with training, coaching, and feedback. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Branch Service Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions.
