Branch Manager manages a retail banking branch office that develops and grows customer relationships, promotes products and services, and delivers efficient operations. Oversees daily branch opening, closing, customer service, transaction processing, and reconciliation tasks and activities. Being a Branch Manager schedules, manages, and trains branch staff to maintain the required service coverage. Ensures staff understands and follows all company policies and procedures to maintain required security, operational, and service quality standards.
