Contracts Administration Supervisor III is responsible for the development and fulfillment of contract requirements Supervises and participates in the preparation of proposals, negotiation of contracts, and administration of commercial and government contracts in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. Supervises the review of bids from other firms for conformity to contract requirements. Contracts Administration Supervisor III, a level III supervisor has full authority and may be considered lower middle management. May directly handle high profile Corporate National Accounts and other key customer contracts. Additionally, Contracts Administration Supervisor III may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Contracts Administration Supervisor III supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes.
