Customer Information Center Manager's Annual Base Salary
Responsible for managing the customer information center staff, activity, and goals. Ensures that staff has all necessary information needed to provide technical support to end-users of the organization's products. May interact with teams responsible for installation/implementation to ensure client expectations are met. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions.
