Development Manager manages the daily activities of a non-profit organization's development programs. Assists in the development of goals and strategies for all fundraising campaigns. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes.
