Disaster Recovery Director directs and oversees all organization-wide risk management, business continuance, and disaster recovery plans, processes, and teams that ensure the security and integrity of company data, databases, information systems, and technology. Develops disaster recovery and resumption plans for the critical processes and systems that are core to the organization's continued business operations in the event of a disruption. Being a Disaster Recovery Director ensures all business continuance procedures and plans are tested, documented and monitored and provide rapid response and recovery to system events.
